My experience at Certified Benz and beemer was great. My sales consultant was JP and he was very patient with me showing me 2 cars and let me decide which one I choose. The moment I walked in the door they were friendly and welcoming. Kim helped me find the car I was interested in and didn't pressure me into anything. I have sold and purchased many cars in my lifetime and most recently only have driven Corvettes. I was look for a Crystal Red 2007 on the internet and found three with two of them in Florida and the other most recently only have driven Corvettes. I emailed for information and received a call right a way from Glenn Roseman who sent me pictures and more information on the car. He and Tracy Weaver were with me through out the whole process and got back to me right away when I had qustions. The problem was transporting the car to Sacramento and getting the COrvette I was trading in back to Mesa Az. Glenn offered to drive the car from Mesa AZ to my home in Sacramento and drive mine back to Mesa. This is great service. Alex was very forthright and open with us. No pressure, he understood what we were looking for and didn't try to steer us to something else. He also didn't forget to call us, but didn't hound me!
