I went into the dealership ready to fight for a good deal and to my surprised no haggling games were needed. Danny never felt desperate to sell me a car, he was calm, respectful of my time limitations and at the end of the day he got me a bad @$$ deal on a fantastic car. Right out of the gate Danny offered me exactly what I wanted for my trade in, I was kind of confused by his offer to be honest. Finance guys are usually the scum of the earth; they will try to bloat your car loan with all kinds of things you don't need. If you're not a seasoned car buyer the fiance guy can be your worst enemy. The guy I dealt with at B&B did not even mention undercoating, clear bras or extended warranties let alone try to sell me one. I was in his office 10 minutes tops. Certified Benz and Beemer is hands down the best dealership I've personally stepped into. If you want to buy a car and you don't want to waste time Danny Quintana is your man. More

I just bought a 2008 335i from Ray Rizzo. He was great and the dealership staff was nice to work with during the buying process. No pressure at all. I got a great price and a great car. Now, with that said, I have to tell you all that I used to work in the car business and have had a LOT of cars - about 11 cars in the last 15 years - so I've done a lot of buying/trading/selling. What impressed me about Certified Benz and Beemer was the experience of the whole interaction. From the selection of cars, to the price, to the trade value... all the things that one has to go through in buying a car were very well done. It's nice to buy from a family owned dealer. The larger dealers around town try to take money out of your pocket at every turn. Not the case here. I didn't get the big sales pitch from Chris in finance about extended warranties or find some surprises in the final numbers. I didn't have to haggle much to get to the bottom line. I didn't have some bully of a floor manager come in and present some ridiculously high sales price, then have to argue with him to get to a final (reasonable) price. It was a much better experience than what I've gone through in the past. So, to all of you that might read this - do yourself a favor and go see Ray. Expect to be treated well and assisted with respect. That's what he did for me. More

We bought our new Lexus IS 250 from Certified Benz & Beemer. Glenn was very good to answer all of the questions we had about the car. He was very friendly and did not pressure us at all. We are from another state and are only in Arizona temporarily for work, so we were debating whether to have the car registed in our home state or here in Arizona. They were very good during the loan process to make sure we understood how both options would work and what our loan options would be depending the decision we made. We noticed that the tint in the back window had some bubbles in it, and they weren't able to detail it for us at the time we bought the car because it was after hours and everyone was gone, so we set up a time for us to come back and have that taken care of. Glenn happened to not be there when we went back to have the tint and detail done, but the dealership had everything taken care of for us without any question. Overall it was a good experience. More

I found my car on autotrader from certified Benz, this was the second car I bought from them. Bought a 2004 z06 vette in 2009, sight unseen and very pleased. So I felt very comfortable flying to Scottsdal was the second car I bought from them. Bought a 2004 z06 vette in 2009, sight unseen and very pleased. So I felt very comfortable flying to Scottsdale from Lubbock Texas . Noel picked me up at airport and took me to dealership, signed some papers (didn't even test drive) got in the car and left! Next morning drove my new car 805 miles home no problems!! More
