I saw an add online for a Z4 that was too good to be true. After arriving at the dealer and test driving the Z4 and then an SLK to satisfy my interest, the Z4 was the pick. It was not quite the price we had in mind. I was dreading the normal BS of negotiating for a fair deal. After a few painless negotiations were made, we bought the car. There was never any pressure put on my wife and I about buying the car. The price was very fair and below other prices I had seen on comparable vehicles. Has to be the best experience at a car Dealership I have ever had. Even with our 3 year old son. Went there the first time around and they really didnt have anything I was to interested in around my price ever had. Even with our 3 year old son. Traded in a 2006 BMW Z4 with 37,000 miles for a 2006 Infiniti FX35 with 37000 miles. I received $18,000 for my trade and purchased the FX for $24,995. I felt the amount they offered for my trade was v Infiniti FX35 with 37000 miles. I received $18,000 for my trade and purchased the FX for $24,995. I felt the amount they offered for my trade was very fair although I thought the price on the FX was about $2,000 more than what it should have been. They do not negotiate on price so we had to decide if we wanted to pay the price they were asking. Because it was the color that we wanted we were willing to pay a premium so we went ahead and accepted the offer. We really didn't feel pressured at all during the sale and it was very easy just dealing with 1 person (Tracy) who was very nice. Dealing with financing was just as easy and was pressure free. They offer a number of different warranties that can be financed into the deal but we declined them all and weren't given a hard time about it. They do charge everyone $399 for tint which was not disclosed to us until we were signing the papers which was a little shady as tint jobs rarely cost that much unless you get special heat resistant tint and really should have been communicated to us up front. Overall we dealt with very nice people (Gary on the phone and Tracy in person) and were in and out within a couple of hours which included a test drive of 2 different vehicles and a trade. We drove hope happy with our experience and our purchase. The next day when we started the vehicle it made an awful squeal. We thought it might be a fluke but it did it every morning for the next few days. I emailed Gary about it and he said to call the service department. Brian in the service department new the car we purchased and said they put new belts on the car and they probably needed to be tightened. He was very accommodating on when we could bring the car in and when we did it was done in an hour. So far no more squealing so that is great! We do wish this problem would have been diagnosed and fixed BEFORE we bought the car as car repair is a hassle with a busy schedule but all in all they stood behind the car and fixed the belts free of charge. If you see a car you like at this dealership I would recommend them. More

When I was checking out I had forgot to mention that I was having a problem with my sun roof and he had a gentman by the nam just a joy to work with.
