Kim did an excellent job for us! He was well informed,friendly, professional and not pushy! We were given a fair trade-in value for our car and a fair price for the pre-owned Benz. Let's be honest, most of us would rather have a root canal than to deal with a stereotypical car salesperson. I worked with JP trying to find my new ride and a good deal. Enjoyed his straight forward talk and his knowledge about the inventory. My experience with Certified Benz and Beemer started after I had spent a few days car shopping the "traditional" way. I called to see if a car I was interested in was still available and met Jeff. Rig after I had spent a few days car shopping the "traditional" way. I called to see if a car I was interested in was still available and met Jeff. Right from the start Jeff was kind. He explained the car I wanted had just sold, but recommended another similar and equally as nice vehicle. He listened to my needs, then recommended I come down and drive anything ("It's like Disneyland...All the rides are free!") Upon arriving at Certified Benz and Beemer there was one massive difference to my previous weekend's experience: no one met me on the lot, or even in the showroom! I started looking on my own and NO ONE bothered me!! After I had dreamed long enough I went to find Jeff. He was waiting for me, warm and welcoming and it seemed just as excited about finding me a new car as I was. Finding that new car for me was a bit of a challenge. I had no idea what I really wanted. I had never driven a luxury car and wasn't sure which make and features I would enjoy the most. Thankfully their web-site is so easy to use (having the FULL car fax online to view as well as lots of pictures), I was able to narrow it down a great deal. After carefully reviewing those choices I thought I may enjoy, doing my own Kelly Blue Book comparisons and looking at other dealer pricing of the same vehicles; I felt confident that I WANTED to buy from CBB. I brought my choices to Jeff. We test drove a minimum of 4 cars before I was decided, and even then, Jeff never said we had to stop- I did! The transition to price negotiation was not uncomfortable or scary. It was very quick. If anything I made the process more difficult! You see, the cars at CBB are first class for the money. Their pricing is always around WHOLESALE! There didn't have to be negotiations... but I wanted more than I could truly afford. Being a single mom, recovering from divorce and all the nasty things that come with that... This was my rebuilding. The last thing I wanted was to get into something I couldn't afford. I explained this to Jeff and he understood. I suggested to Jeff that perhaps I should look at some of the less expensive options. He said to wait and took my concerns to his managers, although in all honesty- he didn't need to, the deal was great the fist time they presented it... but he worked for MY needs. The GM- Lee, was very kind. In the end, although he's inside the big intimidating glass box, I was invited inside and he and I talked. I explained my situation to him and with his and Jeff's help we found a way to make the deal work for ME! It didn't involve any additional anything from me... Only their kindness and understanding. Somehow they worked it out. Being so tight on my budgeted payment I explained that I wouldn't be affording much from finance (i.e. no extended warranty, etc). Trevor, Lee and Jeff all said 'no problem'. Let's go do your paperwork. No-one tried to sell me a single thing after that! While Trevor and I were doing the financial paperwork, I asked about GAP insurance. I haven't had a car payment in years, and I'd heard when you owe money you need it. Trevor explained to me what it was, what it was for, and why I didn't need it. Trevor typed the VIN# into a program that pulls the cars true market value for the bank to base financing off of. He showed me that I was getting my car at more than $6000 below what the bank valued it at! Therefore, no GAP insurance was needed! Wow! Amazing... I drove home feeling so blessed to find CBB, and Jeff... Upon arriving to see my boys (they are 6)they were in shock! I heard "OMG Mom! This car is flippin' SWEET!" so many times! They were fighting over who will get it when they can drive! lol... I will be back to CBB for my next car purchase, and to purchase an extended warranty when my factory warranty is near expiration. Lee told me the original owner of my car bought it from them... and then came back for a new car; now they were re-selling it to me... I will be that returning, VERY SATISIFIED customer.
