Worked with salesman Danny who was very friendly. Satellite radio was a must have and was told the 08 Mercedes E350 we purchased had it (it did appear that the car had it). The dealership purchased an XM unit and paid to have it installed. After 3 separate attempts, unfortunately the audio place could not get it to work correctly. We were referred to Lee the manager who let us trade the car back in (at the full purchase price we paid) and purchase another one. They also gave us a very good trade in on our original vehicle. I would recommend Certified Benz and Beemer to any of our friends. They could have just left us with the car we bought but instead tried to fix it and ultimately let us bring it back for another when the problem couldn't be fixed. They wanted us to be happy with the car and their service and we definitely were! They also price their cars reasonably so you don't have to do a lot of negotiating. We felt they were pretty straight forward and will definitely buy another care from them when the time comes! More

When we first met Jr on the dealership lot we knew we had the right person to help us find the car we were looking for. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the dealership inventory so when we mentione the right person to help us find the car we were looking for. He went with us on our test drive and showed us many of the features of the car which was great for me because I am not a very high tech person. From there Jr introduced us to Chris who helped us with the necessary paperwork to buy the car. I must say that I have bought several cars over the years that always seemed to take forever to finalize the purchase. This time it was absolutely smooth, easy & fast. Since we could not take the car home right then Jr volunteered to drive it to our house that evening and we couldn’t have been happier! The only thing that I was unhappy about was the fact that they only had one key to give me but I understood that that is the way it is with used cars. The former owners don't always return both keys. But then I got a call a few days later from Jr who told me that they had purchased another key for me. You can bet that I was on my way back to the dealership to pick it up immediately. Jr met me at the door with a great big smile and presented me with the additional key. What a great car buying experience this has been for us! More

Bought a 740IL 2001 BMW. Traded in my 2000 Mitsubishi eclipse for it. 3 months later the transmission failed. I discussed it with the owner at length. They fixed the transmission at cost which cost me eclipse for it. 3 months later the transmission failed. I discussed it with the owner at length. Great Lakes Warranty is now out of business. Nice. More
