He made sure the 2 issues with our vehicle were taken care of and even provided a loaner vehicle for us when a part wasn't delivered on time and our vehicle needed to be kept overnight. The vehicle was ready when promised the next morning, and both issues were fixed correctly with no problems since then. We came to Certified Benz & Beemer after searching their website and talking with Tony D. regarding a used BMW for my wife. Little did we know at the time that we would drive away with two "new" cars their website and talking with Tony D. regarding a used BMW for my wife. My husband and I called Benz and Beemer in Scottsdale after seeing on line a picture of a cadillac we wanted to purchase. Louis, a super nice sales associate answered. I acquired an older car that needed repairs. Prior to purchase, I had a mechanic look at it and he was very negative about the car and made me feel foolish for considering it. The reason I came into certified benz and beemer was because when i spoke with Tyson, he gave me very competitive pricing, was very polite and when I explained about the condition of the car, he stated "I've seen worse". I felt renewed and positive. I was given a loaner car, he always returned my calls in a timely manner, he talked in a supportive and informative way. Throughout the entire experience, I felt he had a genuine interest in helping me achieve my goals with the vehicle and keep the price reasonable. I must say too, being able to sit in the lounge, have a cup of coffee and not have to deal with looking at the car, looking at what needs to be done, and all those things under the hood was a pleasure.
