I had been looking at a particualar car for about a week. I watched it online and when the price dropped I had to go see it. When I went to Benz and Beemer I was greeted by Kim Shroyer. Kim told my husband, "Wow, she doesn't miss a thing." Kim was able to answer all my questions. I bought the car that night. Kim has continued to offer good customer service to me even after I purchased the car. In fact I'm bringing my car back in to have the window tinting changed because it's too dark for my comfort. At purchase, Kim said I could bring the car back at any time to have the window tinting adjusted, and then quoted me a price. Kim kept to his verbal word and price he quoted me when I purchased the car, even though it has been over a month since I purchased the car. More
