We had a very positive experience while purchasing our pre-owned Mini Cooper from Certified Benz & Beemer. The process was spread out over 2 evenings. The first evening we explained to Bob that we wanted pre-owned Mini Cooper from Certified Benz & Beemer. The process was spread out over 2 evenings. The first evening we explained to Bob that we wanted to drive the Mini to get a feel for the car and that we would not be purchasing at that time. Undeterred, Bob was still enthusiastic about showing us the features and benefits of the car. The next night we returned and worked with Junior, who also went with us to drive the car on the freeway, getting comfortable before purchase and delivery. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable about the overall Mini brand. We felt comfortable buying the pre-owned Mini the second night after doing some research at home and validating Bob's impression of the brand. Financing was straight forward and we were able to review all the paperwork without feeling rushed, even though it was well after closing on a Friday night. Trevor showed me several cars and was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I visited the showroom twice and drove several cars both times. They told me if I didn't see what I wanted they would find it for me. They worked with me on price and I know I got a great deal because I did some comparison shopping. The attention I received was outstanding and the professionalism of the staff was superb. No one is pushing you to buy a car or trying to gloss over any questions you might have or treat you like you don't have a brain in your head because you are a woman.
