my name is Athur Canez i shopped on the internet for about a week i didnt know wheather to buy new Domesticor used Luxury i narrowed my seach to used luxury primarily a BMW 2OOO TO 2004 picked about 12 about a week i didnt know wheather to buy new Domesticor used Luxury i narrowed my seach to used luxury primarily a BMW 2OOO TO 2004 picked about 12 cars i wanted to go see on Saturday 6/18/11 contacted a few dealers through the net. the first one that contacted me was Glenn at Benz & beemers so for that reason i choose to visit Glenn at Benz & Beemer first. first of all i was very impressed with the guality and amount of inventory. then met Glenn he was very courtious knoledgable about the inventory and the specific car i had choose to test drive. secondly he spoke very highly of Benz & Beemers and i could feel the pride he had in his job and his employer. he made it very easy for me to choose Benz & Beemers. also he followed me home with my purchase cause i was shopping alone. this was huge. i gave Glenn the printouts i had for the other 11 cars i wanted to see that day and said ( can you trash these for me with a smile ) then the part that usually hurts the financing well Chris Barone made it painless and a pleasure. you guys have some great poeple working for you. also my next purchase or upgrade will definately be with you guy at Benz & Beemers. When I showed up at 1:30 PM I was expecting a certain car that my wife liked and was told that it was available. I found out that the car had already sold, but the dealership wanted to find me something in t that my wife liked and was told that it was available. The customer service was great and they were able to work with me to stay in the same price range. I was happy with the overall sale and experienced the faster car buying experience ever. I was in a new car by 4:30 PM. Needless to say, my wife was happy with the new car and we would recommend certified beemer and benz to anyone looking for a good car and great experience. More

I dreaded car shopping but my husband wanted to go look at cars and insisted I go along. I was not in a very good humor when we arrived at the dealership. I had found this car online and also researched info on the car. A 2008 Buick Enclave. I had looked up our car for trade in value on blue book a 2004 Saturn Vue. We went in and looked at their car and loved it. They drove our car. Danny took us to meet Frank, finance and he told us his car was online price. Our trade in was close enough. We told him to write it up and filled out some simple forms. Went in to sign all the documents with the 3rd person, I think his name was Chris. They were all friendly, delightful to be with people. They finished it all promptly and we took our things from old car and loaded new car and drove off happy and smiling. More

My Salesman Glen was attentive to my needs, found a vehicle that I wanted, we experienced a little bit of issues ( well a lot of issues!!) Norman and Frank ( Managers) were at times perplexed, however they figured it out and made solutions, Chris in finance was awesome and took care of everything, Trevor assisted and Glenn held our hands through it all.. What could have been a really bad situation, was handled and taken care of... Any one can sell you anything ... but its who stands behind what they say when its all said and done . And they stood behind their word and made it right for us!! Bravo guys... BRavo... More
