I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and during the inspection of the car they saw my tires were really bad and my car need an alignment. Scott came to me and said it was too dangerous to drive the ve inspection of the car they saw my tires were really bad and my car need an alignment. Scott came to me and said it was too dangerous to drive the vehicle with the condition of the tires and said he would do evrything he could to keep my cost down. He was able to find me 2 new back tires and said the front tires would be ok a little bit longer but to get them done as soon as I was able to. Other items were noted to be done and we scheduled had them done as they were covered under warranty! Yay!! And Scott was able to make sure everything was done. I then came back and had the 2 front tires replaced. Scott was awesome! He took the time to make sure my needs were met as a customer and more importantly my families saftey. I used True Car to see available models of Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, etc. I went to a few dealers and what I particularly liked about this one was that they had no vested interest in selling me a particular type or model of car, they had extremely good fixed pricing, and were attentive in reaching out to me before, during, and after my purchase. I would buy another car sight, unseen from them. More
