We got a decent rate (while we rebuild our credit), a great 750 with low miles, and due to the great price, we were able to add a 3 year warranty onto our loan for that extra piece of mind. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase their next vehicle, no matter what make or model, to start here. They will not talk you into anything and will be honest with you from the beginning. Before I even met Danny, I told him over the phone what I wanted, just nonchalantly seeing if they had what I was looking for. Within 2 days he called and said a car had just come in and we need to see it. He was right, and it's in our driveway! From Danny in sales (first encounter "what can I do for you"), to Chris and Tracy in finance ("we can make this work"), to Jack, the owner, ("we will make this work"), it was a wonderful, quiet, easy and stress-less transaction. I was recommeded by my credit union to research Dealerships in the Loans Direct group that participate with the credit union I belong to. So I began to view the inventories of cars in the list of Loans Direct dealerships which was two and a half pages long on 8 x 10 papers. When I came to Certified Benz & Beemer online website I received a chat pop-up and Paige was most helpful. She put me in contact with Mr. James Valentine. I gave Mr. Valentine some brief ideas of what I was looking for or what I was interested in. That was a brief first contact. After a week had gone by, I had narrowed down my list of the dealerships which had the best choices of cars that would be right for me. I made it a point to briefly pop in to the Certified Benz & Beemer website every day or two to see what new item there was to see online in their inventory. On one evening their inventory had the addition of a 2004 Audi TT roadster. I drove over after work to test drive the roadster. James facilitated the test drive. I thought the car had some cosmetic issues but no mechanical issues that would affect it performance. James, Tracy and I discussed the transaction. The rate from the credit union the dealership works with was a better fit for this deal and was silimiar in terms to my credit union. Trevor, James and I viewed and discussed my trade in. James had the roadster given a thorough inspection by their highly trained professional mechanics. After the car was given a clean bill and health James, Chris Barone and I went over the paperwork to sign.
