This is a very professional operation. Their vehicles are first class in every respect and the atmosphere is quite pleasant without any hi pressure sales tactics. I hadn't planned to do that when I went in but that's what happened. It was a bit longer than normal lunch brake however. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and very professional. There wasn't a vehicle at their facility that wasn't first class and nearly indistinguishable from new. Although I haven't had any direct experience with their service facility, I expect that the same culture of professionalism will prevail when I return to have the vehicle serviced. I highly recommend "Certified Benz and Beemer" to anyone wanting to purchase a high class vehicle at a fair price. More

I had done quite a bit of research on the Internet for a used Z4; answering the criterias keyed in, the same car kept popping up in AZ where we have a home. We went there to just check it out and left with the "deal" completed where they took our Boxter in exchange fo the Z4 ( plus $$$$ of course). Our sales person, Bill, demonstrated excellent customer rapport, not pushy, able to read our wishes and budget, seasoned with a hint of humor....good man, good professional! One could always argue the $ figures, the seller (us) is rarely 100% convinced that he got the bet deal, but regardless, we would rate our experience very highly. More
