Danny Jr Quintana was the perfect person to help us find our car. His smile and energy is contagious. It's always a bit awkward to go on a test drive with the sales person, but not with Jr - he made it fun and got us even more excited. We liked how he didn't talk to us the whole time, let us talk to each other and enjoy the ride and only answered our questions. Yes we like it when sales people point out things we might not know about the car that are exciting, but we don't want to hear about how great the dealership is and we liked that Jr focused on the car and letting us enjoy our test drive. He never pressured us or made us not feel that we weren't just having fun looking at cars. After thinking about the Range Rover we found at this dealership and doing some research online, we knew we found the one. I text Jr (which I like because I don't want to be on phone calls) and he replied right back and continued to the process of getting the car sold via a few text, emails, and a couple calls w/finance. The paperwork was all drawn up for us w/out having to go back to the dealership and they delivered the car and paperwork to our work, we never had to go back to the dealership and sit down there. Beyond impressed and just such a relaxing fun experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful from Chris Barone, Chris Reyes, and Rocio Woodward. Also, there was no need to haggle on price, they told us it was priced to sell and from all our research, they were spot on. There wasn't anything like this Range Rover sport across the country, that had all the bells and whistles we want. So there wasn't a negotiation needed, we just paid the price because it was true they priced it aggressive. Great experience, awesome cars! More

I traded in my 2004 Cadillac Escalade without the sales depar I bought my 2013 Lexus ES 350 online via the internet never seeing anything but photo's. I traded in my 2004 Cadillac Escalade without the sales department ever having physically reviewed the vehicle. Had a friend drop by the dealership and he looked at the car and drove it. He is not in any way a mechanic but said the car was like brand new. Sent photo's of my trade-in and described the condition as honestly as possible. We did the whole deal via internet and phone including having my vehicle shipped to me and the trade-in picked up. I now have my LEXUS and it is truly a fantastic beautiful vehicle @ the best price I could find in all lower 48 states!! More

Very friedly Bought my car in early feb the sales person knew that the car was being transported to rochester ny and that it would be registered in ny. I was never made aware that I would have to contact the loan company to get the title. Waited at DMV for 3 hrs that was told I needed the title, now I will be waiting another 2 weeks before I can register the vehicle. Very diss appointed at sales person for lack of communication with me More

I am a repeat customer for the simple reasons that CBB has the nicest quality used cars at the best prices I have found anywhere. The sales team is great to work with and many of the same folks are still there today as when I bought my first car from CBB. I think in the car business that says a lot about a dealer as well. Chris Beaman could not have been more accommodating as well. It was my first purchase of an S550 and I had many questions. Chris was able to answer all of my questions and searched out quick answers to questions he could not answer. I am sure I will be back for my 4th car from CBB. Keep up the good work!! More
