My husband and I have never been so impressed as we were with CBB. From the very begining we knew we had the right place to buy a car, and that is saying alot since we were out of state and bought before e with CBB. We received a fair and honest deal without any pressure, it was a comfortable feeling working with Ron, Tracey and Chris, they all 3 were professional yet personable. Tracey went above and beyond to get us where we wanted to be and even on budget. We do not even consider the cars on their lot to be termed used or pre-owned, they look like hot off the press current year models, only the best of the best can survive here. We did not feel like there was any need to 2nd guess any aspect of the condition of the car, and drove off with full confidence that we received the best deal ever! We would like to highly recommend CBB to everyone we know, no need to live in AZ to purchase here and if not ready to purchase go in and meet the staff, it's worth your time and you will not be dissappointed. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and during the inspection of the car they saw my tires were really bad and my car need an alignment. Scott came to me and said it was too dangerous to drive the ve inspection of the car they saw my tires were really bad and my car need an alignment. Scott came to me and said it was too dangerous to drive the vehicle with the condition of the tires and said he would do evrything he could to keep my cost down. He was able to find me 2 new back tires and said the front tires would be ok a little bit longer but to get them done as soon as I was able to. Other items were noted to be done and we scheduled had them done as they were covered under warranty! Yay!! And Scott was able to make sure everything was done. I then came back and had the 2 front tires replaced. Scott was awesome! He took the time to make sure my needs were met as a customer and more importantly my families saftey. The part of car buying I dread the most is the negotiation, and at Certified Benz and Beemer, there really isn't that stress because the cars are already set at a fair fixed price. They fixed a small hole in the upholstry for me and got me on my way in my new ride quickly and fairly. Would definitely recommend the dealership, and specifically Louis if you want to deal with someone honest, fun and pressure free. More
