Rich "RK" Kirch is what I like to call Certified Benz and Beemer makes you feel right at home, I had an exceptional experience from their sales team. Rich "RK" Kirch is what I like to call a "people's person". He immediately started to build rapport with me and to both our surprise we found out we're from the same city. He carries himself in the utmost professional manner and never tries to play hard ball with you. I walked in wearing very casual clothes (shorts, t-shirt and ball cap) and he never once judged me, no matter my age or appearance he dedicated his time and services to fulfill my needs. As we closed out the sale, I was introduced to Tracy Weaver the Finance Director and she was a delight to work with, we joked and laughed and she never tried to up-sale me. It was nothing but a professional and seamless process. As the dealership was closing its doors (8pm) I had to stay in later to finalize paperwork, at this point I thought Rich would have taken off but no he didn't. He waited until I finished (8:30) to walk me to my brand new 528i BMW. At that moment I knew he wasn't about making a quick buck, he is about building customer relationships and making sure he achieved all my needs.
