If you are like me, you have bought a bunch of cars from different dealers over the years. The sales persons are generally friendly, somewhat knowledgeable and eager to gain your business. However, once you leave the lot with your purchase, they don’t really want to see you again. They have moved on to the next customers. In my experience with Certified Benz and Beemer, that’s not what happened and I could not be happier about it. Daniel Quintana was my salesman. When I bought a used Porsche, the prior owner only brought in one of the two keys. These keys are pretty expensive, so I was disappointed that I would need to buy another as back up. I mentioned it to Danny, and he recalled that the owner thought he still had the other key. Danny promised to track it down. I thought, sure you will. Once I drive off, I will never hear from you again. That’s not what happened, and I could not be more impressed. Danny called me a week later and indicated he had spoken to the prior owner. Danny promised to stay on it and even suggested he would drop by the owner’s house to collect the key. Another week went by, and Danny leaves me a voice mail, indicating that the owner was out of town, but he was still on it. The next week, another voice mail, Danny has the key. I drop by Certified Benz and Beemer, pick up the Key and away I go. Here is a guy that is still on my team three weeks after the sale. I expected less than I got, and I could not be more impressed with Daniel Quintana and Certified Benz and Beemer. The car is great and my sales experience exceeded expectations because of what happened after the sale. It’s the little things that make such as difference, and Danny delivered just like he promised. My credit situation is far from excellent but Chris worked tirelessly to help make the purchase comfortable for me. Not once did he make me feel uncomfortable about the situation as some other organizations do. Chris advocated for my best interests and in the end got me a good deal from the bank. He reviewed all documents with me and overall made the financing portion of the sale go smoothly. It was a pleasure working with him. Normand and Lee greeted me with smiles every time I came in. I find them both to be very professional and offer a very high standard of customer service. They helped me with my trade and made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and overall experience. There is no better feeling then dropping your car off and knowing its going to be well taken care of. Owning a BMW can be expensive as I found out going to the dealership, BUT Certified has made it pleasura knowing its going to be well taken care of. I know that they are only going to fix things that need to be fixed and/or suggest the things that are most important. I do not have to worry I'm going to have a $2,000 service bill every time I walk out of there like I have experienced in the past with other dealers. Everyone is friendly, willing to go above and beyond the call of duty... from giving me a loaner if needed and/or dropping my off at the airport if I'm leaving my car.
