I came in to just look at cars. My salesman Gary was so nice and so helpful I just couldn't believe it. They have so many cars to choose from. They have 3 floors of cars. We were able to research cars we were interested in seeing on the web site ahead of time, view photos, info and pricing, which was very helpful and made our visit more efficient. I had called the weekend before our visit to confirm hours of operation and spoke with Alex who gave me his contact info and offered to email me information ahead of time. We came in the following weekend and asked for Alex who was helping another customer so he introduced us to Danny. Our first impression of the dealership was how clean and big it was, with three floors of cars. Danny was able to show us the three cars we were interested in seeing and we then found a fourth that we were actually interested in test driving. He went with us for a drive and we were able to ask a lot of questions about the car and the pricing. Danny answered all of our questions and was very helpful. When we got back, Alex also checked on us to see how our test drive went and what we thought of the cars we had looked at. Danny took us to revisit one of the cars we had earlier considered but we decided we liked the one we tested the best. We then went to his office where he went over all of the paper work with us, told us all about the history of the dealership, talked with us about maintenance and service options there, and then took us over to Aaron for paperwork and payment. We did not want to finance the car but to pay for it in cash. Since it was a Sunday and late I the day, we were worried we wouldn't be able to make proper arrangements to pay for the car, but they agreed to just let us put down a deposit on our credit card take the car with us! We were to return with the car the next day to complete the purchase and have a few scratches buffed out. While we were in with Aaron, Danny took the car, put some gas in it since it was almost empty, washed it and cleaned some scuffs on the inside for us, got us the owners manual and the second key, and had everything ready for us when we walked out. Alex and Danny both told us about and encouraged us to complete this review. The next day, I called to schedule a time to come in for buffing out the scratch and dropping off the cashiers check, and the service department was full that day, but when I called back and spoke to Danny he was able to work us in so we could get the scratches buffed when I came in and avoid having to make two trips, which was nice. Aaron finished up the payment paperwork very quickly, and I was able to relax in the lounge area while they took a lot of care getting the scratches buffed out perfectly. We were very happy with our experience - we didn't feel pressured or stressed like you often feel when you go to buy a car. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from this team, and would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a pleasant, friendly, hassle-free experience. We plan on bringing our car to them for all future service as well. More

We had a fairly unique vehicle to trade and the team we worked with understood that a straight Blue Book price was not going to work for us. So after the information on the vehicle was provided on a Sat night, by noon on Sunday we had a starting offer price. We found a very nice 2010 BMW 128i convertible that was in great condition and in a color my wife fell in love with. The Sunday negotiation took a little bantering back and forth but within about 45 minutes we agreed to a net difference. Jeff and Chris were very professional to work with. We are pleased with our experience at Benz and Beemers and would recommend them to those individuals seeking great looking luxury vehicles. More
