Originally went to the dealership to view a truck I saw online. The truck did not fit what I was looking for but over small talk with James Valentine, decided to look at a few other vehicles. I have always liked them. Ended up driving it and could not get it out of my mind once I left the dealership. Had a sleepless night actually. Long story short, I liked it so much I traded in my 2007 Audi Q7 on it. I went back and forth a bit with Normand and James on the BMW as well as my trade but all was cordial and definitely no pressure. It was a good experience. Very professional. The dealership was very clean and well organized. The car was not detailed as well as I would of liked but I did not want to stay and have it corrected. There was a lot of soap and water reside on it from washing as it was not rinsed or dried properly. Windows and mirrors also had residue and the interior arm rest glove box was not cleaned. Overall, the car was clean; it just was not "spotless" or "detailed for presentation" as much as I would of liked. Other than the detailing of the car at time of pick up, the overall experience was pleasant and I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to anyone. Their presentation and professionalism was great. I will go back there when ready to purchase again. They were very fair. More
