Bought a 740IL 2001 BMW. Traded in my 2000 Mitsubishi eclipse for it. 3 months later the transmission failed. I discussed it with the owner at length. They fixed the transmission at cost which cost me eclipse for it. 3 months later the transmission failed. I discussed it with the owner at length. They fixed the transmission at cost which cost me around $2,500. They suggested extended warranty through Great Lakes Warranty. So I got it. Another $2,500. Great Lakes Warranty is now out of business. Nice. More

I drove 2 hrs from Tucson to Mesa and it was well worth the trip. J.P advised me if there was anything wrong with the used car I bought they would make sure everything was certified and guaranteed before I pulled out of the dealership. I ended up realizing there was a minor issue with the front end of the truck after 3 weeks of owning the vehical. I contacted J.P and explained the problem and he ensured me it will be taken care of. I brought the vehical back to Certified benz and J.P 's word was as good as gold. Along with Frank Pena finance Mang. they made sure the issue was fixed at there expense and made me a loyal customer from that day out. I will recommend Certified Benz to anyone who is thinking of getting a used or new car. Make sure you ask for J.P you wont be disapointed. More

I bought a corvette Z06 3 months ago from this dealer and found out today that they replaced a standard differenatial fluid in the rear end with the cheapest fluid. I have had noises in the rear end and took found out today that they replaced a standard differenatial fluid in the rear end with the cheapest fluid. I have had noises in the rear end and took the car to chevy dealer and they told me that the fluid that was put in was not what was required for the car. When I bought the car and had it checked out the only comment I received was to replace the rear end differentail fluid. When I told the dealer the wanted me to pay for it and when i told them I wanted them to replace it they did but now I find out that the did so with the incorrect spec fluid and it could have severly damaged my vehicle. I would not recommend buying any car from this dealership or having any car serviced at this dealership. Good luck if you do. More

It is a rather rare car (Mercedes S55 AMG), and I had to expand my search from California to find on vehicle from out of state from this dealership. The car I purchased is in excellent, showroom like condition. Everything was as advertised and represented, and they've been working with me to resolve a couple of minor--and in the scheme of things, I do mean minor--issues I had. I've purchased quite a few vehicles from dealers in California and elsewhere. This, by far, was my best experience. I'll update this review if anything changes, and I don't expect it to, but I am very particular about my cars and you can feel confident buying from this dealership, whether you live in Arizona or out of state.
