Scott Paisch- Service Manager was awesome!! I am a female driver with little knowledge about fixing Mercedes-Benz and Scott made me comfortable and I was confident in his judgement and overall care for my ve driver with little knowledge about fixing Mercedes-Benz and Scott made me comfortable and I was confident in his judgement and overall care for my vehicle. I took my vehicle in this week to get a noise looked at that was getting worse. It happened that I needed a new battery too. After waiting some time, Scott gave me good news that I didn't expect. He said that my vehicle was still under factory warranty and that if I took my vehicle to the MB dealer in Phoenix- Another Service Manager there would be waiting for me and my vehicle. Scott took the time to find out that my battery, shocks and a harness would be covered under warranty along with a recall on a part of the vehicle. This was great news, I could of easily paid for everything without knowing any different. But this shows the type of business CBB runs and I am truly grateful! Scott is an asset and I am glad he's part of the CBB family and that I can easily reach him with any issues I may have with my vehicle! Thank you!! More
I was in the dealership with my husband recently to purchase a vehicle. We were unsure as to where to start and then a very friendly and personable salesman lead me to a few options that would meet our purchase a vehicle. We were shown a SAAB and instantly fell in love with it. He was not pushy like some salesmen but instead listened to what we wanted and needed and then showed us the best fit options. The salesman was insulting to my wife because he did not shake her hand when we left after purchasing the car. 2 My concerns are the following: 1. The salesman was insulting to my wife because he did not shake her hand when we left after purchasing the car. 2.The salesman did not know all of the features of the car. 3.After purchasing the car, the dealership put only $15.00 worth of gas. This cheap action is unheard of. With all of our previous car purchases, the dealership has always filled the gas tank. 4. The salesman said that the key had a button to open up the trunk of the vehicle. This was not the case. One should not represent a feature when it is not the case. More
