Had a great experience and a great end to what I thought was going to be a problem. I purchased a 2005 Mercedes SL500 that had some issues that needed repair. While I did have to bring the car back to the was going to be a problem. I purchased a 2005 Mercedes SL500 that had some issues that needed repair. While I did have to bring the car back to them to repair the problem that kept coming back. They were always eager to help me and great resolve to make me happy. When it seemed evident that the problems in the Mercedes were going to cause me an ulcer, Jack Shneider and James Valentine were happy to do whatever I desired to resolve the problems. It was my choice, let them keep repairing the problem or choose a different car. I did end up exchanging the car for another choice. James Valentine and Jack were happy to work with me all with the bottom line of making me happy. I would recommend this dealership and probably will purchase from them again in the future. They have a great selection of high end cars and their prices are competitive. More
