My husband and I visited Certified Benz and Beemer on December 20, 2012, specifically to see two Chrysler 300's Tom found on the internet. Paige greeted us as agreed upon by phone, and as we were walkin December 20, 2012, specifically to see two Chrysler 300's Tom found on the internet. Paige greeted us as agreed upon by phone, and as we were walking to see the two cars we came to look at we spotted a BMW X35 on the way. The color was perfect! We stopped to look at the car, and fell in love with it immediately. We did see the cars we had gone to see, but Tom and I both could not get the BMW out of our minds. Paige was incredibly nice, hospitable, accommodating, with absolutely no pressure to buy, look or see anything on their lot. Needless to say, we drove home in the BMW, and are still thrilled with it, and the whole buying procedure at Benz & Beemer. I would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or trade cars. Wow! After being to at least 5 other dealers in the Phoenix area, it was nice to work with someone like Brian and a dealer like Benz & Beemer. Although we weren't in the market for a high end Bentley o Phoenix area, it was nice to work with someone like Brian and a dealer like Benz & Beemer. Although we weren't in the market for a high end Bentley or BMW (which they have plenty to choose from), we were treated like we were buying the best vehicle available. Straight forward, easy going, and the car we wanted with the options we wanted, this dealer has it all. The Volvo XC90 we bought is pure quality. Although I had pulled up a Carfax already, Brian had one waiting for me, and when the service record details were not filled in, Brian called the servicing dealer and hand wrote the details of each service. After we bought the car, we took it to the Volvo dealer who inspected it, and said it needed NOTHING!! Again, WOW! with other dealers it felt like we were battling to try to buy a vehicle, but with Brian, it truly felt like he was working WITH us. He was comfortable communicating via email, text, and phone. Any questions I had, Brian had the answer, or found the answer. I have never bought two vehicles from the same dealer, but I would not hesitate going back to Certified Benz & Beemer again. My mom is currently shopping, and I hope the have the car she wants! More
