When myself and my son walked on to the lot we were approached by Mike promptly. We started asking him about certain cars on the lot and he responded in a very helpful and respectful manner. I must say that everyone else who worked on that lot that we came in contact with was also very friendly and helpful. Our experience was so good that day we ended up buying two Mercedes Benze from him/them. I would recomend this man and this dealership to any and everything. I am rarely impressed but they shined. The cars are great, it's the whole sales process from getting sold by the sales rep. and the back and forth with the sales rep and management (which I can not stand and have a feeling many people feel the same way I do) I just want to get a great car for a great price period. No fluff, no extras, no pushy sales guys. I am ecstatic to say that I didn't feel that way at all at Certified Benz & Beemer. The approach was completely different and the environment made me very comfortable and unintimidated.
