I visited the dealership to look for my second vehicle. I have bought my first car about 7 months ago and was very pleased to work with Lee and all the team at their previous location. Three days ago, my husband and I stopped in at Certified Benz & Beemer with no clear idea what we were looking for in a gently used luxury sedan for me. We were dreading the inevitable meeting with a sales Benz & Beemer with no clear idea what we were looking for in a gently used luxury sedan for me. We were dreading the inevitable meeting with a sales associate and the awkwardness that arises when the buyer feels pressured to communicate with a total stranger. We were so fortunate to meet Jeff Hallenbeck when our curiosity grew about the amazing array of cars available. We were ready to ask some questions and Jeff was there in the most unassuming and helpful way to answer them. He has a winning smile and an appreciation for the dealership that made us feel we were looking at his own personal cars! The awkward moments never came and we found him completely interested in us and in our search for a great car. As a finance man with great experience, he loves cars and loves the process of putting the right car into your garage. We were drawn to the dealership by the sheer number of immaculate luxury cars of all types and our curiosity to check them out. Jeff's clear and honest evaluation of each car and the pleasure he took in listening to our "out-loud thought process" made the experience more enjoyable than we could have possibly anticipated. The fun of going from Porsche to Genesis to BMR to Ferrari on our way to the Mercedes selections was so unexpected, I found myself looking at and sitting in one driver's seat after another. It was a wonderful way to "think" about cars and evaluate the pros and cons in real time. Jeff listened to our processing and helped us refine our thinking about what make and features we were really looking for. He suggested a car we hadn't even thought about and when we turned the corner, WHAM, there it was. I knew it was perfect for me: size, color, condition and even price were right on! Jeff got so much genuine enjoyment from helping us process and we were thrilled with the experience of processing and looking "out loud". He arranged a test drive the following morning, answered our final questions and put the deal together. We picked up the car at 6pm and it feels and looks perfect in it's new garage home. I don't know how Jeff knew it was "the one" but his guidance and knowledge were the factors that opened our eyes to the possibility of that particular car for us. I don't want to give the car up..but when I do, we will call Jeff for the next experience and can't wait to send our friends to him and the dealership. It's rare to experience customer service and enjoyment to this degree and we have nothing buy praise for Certified Benz & Beemer and for our new friend Jeff. More

Jeff was great to work with on our purchase of the 07 Boxter S. He was very helpful on answering all of our questions and if he didn't know the answer , he would go get the answer. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer from out of state, i was relaying 100% on the overall description of the vehicle on the sales associate i was dealing with. Of course buying a used car i expected to be a scratch here or there but there was not one thing visibly wrong with the vehicle from what i was told. When i received the vehicle several noticeable thing were wrong that i felt should have been disclosed to me before purchase, as this could have resulted in a price negotiation or even not purchasing the vehicle. I sent an email out to the sales associate regarding these things before i left feedback and 3 weeks later i have yet to get a response back. More
