I purchased my Jaguar this past summer august 2012. I thought I was going to need a new battery when I brought it in recently. They gave me a loaner car while they diagnosed my vehicle., The next day I was told my battery was fine and didn't need to be replaced! (I must have left something on in the car when I went out of town.)So refreshing to know they could have taken me for a new battery and I wouldn't have know the difference BUT THEY DIDN'T! Honesty! How about that??! I can tell you, my next car will be purchased from Certified Benz and Beemer. Thoroughly impressed! More

I do not even know where to begin with this review......I came In frazzled not really knowing much about anything. I was really needing a used vehicle in a matter of days. To complicate my situation my famil came In frazzled not really knowing much about anything. I was really needing a used vehicle in a matter of days. To complicate my situation my family would be buying the car, they live in New York, so there is a time difference not to mention my dad being a little difficult. Mr. Valentine was patient and understanding with my situation. He was available my email, phone and text message. Due to the time difference sometimes he was not even at the dealership but was more than willing to speak with my father, me and at times all of us. Even though I was buying a used car Mr. Valentine shared my excitement with me, including jumping up and down and numerous hugs :) I must admit walking into a Mercedes Benz dealership was at first very intimidating but just as soon as sat down with Mr. Valentine all my anxiousness went away. I feel like I was very fortunate to have had Mr. Valentine as my representive and salesman. He made such an impression on my Dad that he wants to thank him in person when they visit me next out here in Arizona. I cannot thank him enough for everything he did...... I found Certified Benz & Beemer online while searching for a Porsche 911. they were easy to work with and the sales rep made the initial experience enjoyable. After a couple weeks I had some t searching for a Porsche 911. they were easy to work with and the sales rep made the initial experience enjoyable. After a couple weeks I had some trouble with the convertible top, it took them a couple weeks to have a loaner car available but once I brought it to their attention they were able to service the car within a couple weeks. After owning the car for about two months I began to have trouble with the heating system. I attempted to contact the dealer and my sales rep on several occasions, I have yet to receive a response. In an effort to have the car looked at I reached out to Porsche of North Scottsdale, they told me to come in and they would have a loaner car waiting for me to use while they worked on my vehicle. They helped to repair the problems with the car quickly and were in constant contact with me as needed. It looks like this dealer typically does a good job, but in the future I won't be purchasing any vehicles from them, especially Porsches. Also the issues found with the car cost about $3k to repair, none of which were belts or tires. More

I love the way this dealership does business! As a manager in retail, customer service is very important to me and BIll surpassed all my expectations. From his patience and assistance in finding me the exact model I wanted, getting my questions important to me and BIll surpassed all my expectations. From his patience and assistance in finding me the exact model I wanted, getting my questions answered, financial set up, right down to picking me up at the airport, Bill succeeded in helping me get my dream car where 6 other dealerships had fallen short of their promises. It did not stop there, once I arrived, Bill noted they found a small imperfection on the car and had it taken car of immediately. He could have stopped like so many others do once the papers are signed and the deal is done, but Bill is a true man of respect and customer service and I am truly content with my experience.
