You may think this is a set up due to my previous and very recent review for these guys, but it's not! I have, in fact, gone back to the same place to buy a second car...which in my experience is never the case. I usually have magnetic signs made for my newly purchased vehicle warning people about the dealership that just took advantage of me...not kidding! Danny Quintana is, until proven otherwise, the most honest, up front and frank person, friend and dealer in the business. He told me "if you can get it cheaper over there, then go, my friend"! But when nothing else worked out, he sat me down and just talked with me about what I wanted to pay and what I really needed in a vehicle. Without hesitation, he showed me 2 luxury vehicles that he thought I would be interested in. The gorgeous Lexus GX470 is now sitting in my drive way. Certified Benz and Beemer is a joy, no kidding, a joy to work with. If you are honest and up front with what you want, they will be the same with you and what they can provide. I cannot speak for every sales person there, but Danny, I have your back! I cannot end this review without giving accolade to Maurice in the service department! We made an appointment for my husband's car for routine maintenance and a door handle issue based on the fact that they would have a loaner vehicle for me. Maurice made sure there was a car waiting for me and my 3 kids when I showed up in the pouring rain...it was a smooth and painless transaction! We are excited to get our 7 series back with everything fixed and clean, as they also wash and detail the car with every service (for free)! Bonus!! Purchasing a car of any status is usually number one on anyone's list of things they hate to do. Not for us. My husband doesn't even mind going in to sign papers since he knows nothing is going to be a surprise! In my experience, I have never had any hidden charges and the numbers are exactly the same as what we talked about. I hope this helps you in this crazy world in this crazy business. I decided to purchase from Certified because they had the lowest price for the luxury vehicle I was looking for. I was pleased with Certified Benz & Beemer, Personable sales staff nice environment. Original price from Certified:@10,000 after Fees and Surcharges- Dealer Financeing: 60 mo. @ about $220 per mo. My working: 72 mo. @$165 mo. My worries were that the refinance could not go thru for some bureaucratic reason and I be stuck with the -for me unaffordable monthly payment, I was assured by my salesman and the financing mng. that in certain times the dealership could help "make the situation right" by "helping me out" This was a comfort tho it was not in writing was the only ill feeling I got. I was overall happy with my purchase, in better financial footing I would have had a great experience. I would like to have had a better feeling of trust in reference to the return period vs. financing/title processing time with having a statement in writing for peace of mind. From beginning to end my purchase of a 2009 Honda Pilot was great. I had been looking for about a month to purchase a vehicle that me and my family would really loved. Other dealers probably had the type of vehicles that we wanted but something did not feel right. Coming to Certified Benz and Beemer that Saturday afternoon was the best choice. Mo allowed us to take the vehicle for a test drive by ourselves so that we would feel more comfortable, once we came back to the dealer we only asked to show us what numbers and options we had to complete the purchase. Within a couple of hours the deal was completed and I was going to pick the vehicle on Monday after work but Mo offered to personally deliver the vehicle to my place of work saving me the trip. I now know for future vehicle purchases to go to Certified Benz and Beemer where honest, straightforward, transparent and best deals are the only choice.
