I acquired an older car that needed repairs. Prior to purchase, I had a mechanic look at it and he was very negative about the car and made me feel foolish for considering it. The reason I came into certified benz and beemer was because when i spoke with Tyson, he gave me very competitive pricing, was very polite and when I explained about the condition of the car, he stated "I've seen worse". I felt renewed and positive. I was given a loaner car, he always returned my calls in a timely manner, he talked in a supportive and informative way. Throughout the entire experience, I felt he had a genuine interest in helping me achieve my goals with the vehicle and keep the price reasonable. I must say too, being able to sit in the lounge, have a cup of coffee and not have to deal with looking at the car, looking at what needs to be done, and all those things under the hood was a pleasure. Salesman did not pressure us into buying anything and allowed us to look at as many cars as we needed to make a good decision. He also was helpful with narrowing down what we wanted and was knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in (as we came in not knowing at all what car or kind of car we wanted). The buying process was simplified and painless. Overall, it was a perfect experience and the dealership had an amazingly extensive used car selection that made it easy to find something we liked, but it was hard deciding which one we liked best!
