After doing research on used Mercedes and BMW's, my husband spoke with Jeff on the phone about what we were looking for in our price range. I was very surprised at the amount of inventory the dealership has and also how helpful Jeff was in helping us make the right choice. We were able to find a car we liked with all the features I was looking for in the price range we had in mind. I did not feel pressured or rushed. This was the one of the most pleasurable experiences I have ever had at a car dealership. I had my vehicle for 10 years, and it finally died on me. My boyfriend and I walked into this Scottsdale dealership slightly intimidated by all of the high-end vehicles, but everyone we met was extremely kind. Jeff Hallenbeck (Internet Manager) helped us with the sale of our vehicle. I negotiate for a living and was ready to haggle the price, but I really had no room to haggle given the price was already reasonable. Jeff was extremely honest and helpful. Tracey Weaver helped us signing all the financing documentation and was very sweet and accommodating. The staff made us feel right at home; we were introduced to everyone that was still at work that night. FIVE stars for the above mentioned. My boyfriend and I walked in semi- late planning to test drive the car, thinking about it for a night, then purchasing. The meeting, the test drive, looking at specs etc. went so well, we decided to buy. The paperwork took minutes and we drove off with our car in about 2 hours or less for the entire visit. The reason why a star was deducted was due to to bratty kid who was asked to put gas in our tank before we drove off. It is our fault for keeping the staff there a little late, but "the kid" complained in front of us that he had to fill up the car and said he wanted to clock out and go home. I would hope someone would speak with him about his attitude and how he should be grateful to have a job in this economy at such a nice establishment. It's just a bratty kid, but he could learn some manners when the adults are talking business. Otherwise, this could not have been a more wonderful experience. Thank you so much!! I found this dealership on line, Chris Nall responded back to set up a time to come in and take a look at the Audi A4 I was interested in. I later came down to the dealership, Chris was busy with another customer and I was introduced to Berrin Bigot, and the rest is history. I ended up buying the 2005 Audi A4 I looked at. Berrin was able to answer every question I had regarding the car, we took it for a test drive and when we came back it was dealing time, I was given my options and everything was good. So I look forward in dealing with a Dealership that really takes pride in making sure that everyone that comes in to look and even buy an automobile or has the cars serviced, that everyone is treated with respect. The best word to describe our experience is "EASY!" We did all the negotiating over the phone and email, so all we had to do when we got there was a test drive, sign the papers and drive away. We had sold our '01 Corvette C5 coupe and my husband was having difficulty finding a replacement for such a high performance vehicle. Danny Qunitana was our salesman, and we were very fortunate to have him. He was wonderful. We walked all around the dealership, and I spied an X5 that my husband has always dreamed of owning... The price was right, mileage low, and in excellent shape. After a brief test drive, my husband and I agreed that this was the car to replace our Vette..
