Chris Bonhote is a great representative for this dealership - helpful, friendly, asked the right questions and seemed to really want to help us find what we were looking for with no pressure. He explained the company's philosophy / ethics towards their business and pricing. He praised the caliber of the employees that work there. After working with him and Tracy Weaver in finance we were not disappointed. We had just found out our present car needed repairs that would exceed it's value and we still owed on the loan. Chris was able to work it out so we could pay off our existing loan and finance another car. Tracy was excellent at answering our finance questions and getting us the loan that would suit our needs. This will be the first place I will go when I buy another car. The pricing was reasonable and how they helped us in our situation was beyond our expectations. Fantastic location and building greets you when you visit. I knew exactly the car I wanted when I arrived and although they say they will work with you to find "your" car, it depends on the car. I first visited in December, 2011 but ended up buying in March 2012. The same car I looked at December. Paperwork was done super fast and I was emptying out my old car in no time. They took car of everything. After I drove off I noticed the "!" show up on the dash. New to BMW, I wasn't sure what it meant. Luckily, my car was still under the original BMW warrantee, so the oil change and dealer check were free at the local BMW dealer. It would have been nice to have those taken car of befor I bought. Stil, overall, I would go there again. More

We initially contacted Barry Bridges and when we arrived he was with another customer. Trevor Gaiser helped us initially until Barry was available. Trevor was very informative, courteous and HONEST which meant a great deal to us. When Barry was finished with his customer, he took over and helped my husband and I find the perfect vehicle for us. This took some time and Barry was very informative, patient and kind. He went over, above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect. The paperwork seemed effortless! In fact, my husband and I returned several days after purchasing the vehicle, needing some help with the extra features on the vehile, and Barry took extra time from his day to help us out. I can't even compare the professionalism and great customer service with any other dealership I have ever been to. There's absolutely "no comparison". I will return to Benz and Beemer and hopefully make all my future purchases from this dealership. These days people forget how important it is to provided quality customer service.
