We went to Certified Benz and Beemer to look at a Honda Odyssey. From the minute we waked on the lot, it was a very relaxed and no pressure environment. Tyson Muse was assigned as my service advisor soon after buying my vehicle in order to fix some minor issues the dealer had agreeded to address at the sale. Unfortunately the minor issues were a bit more difficult to fix than initially thought. Tyson not once questioned me and simply would let me not to worry, all would be resolved. I am happy to say the dealership stepped up and eventually fixed all the issues with the vehicle. All of the service department were great to deal with as well, all freindly and very open in everything they were doing, often showing me the work in progress. I would not hesitate recomending this service department to anyone in need of routine service to their vehicle. More
