They had the perfect M Class SUV in stock and did a wonderful job of explaining all of the pricing, warranty, and service options available to us. Within 2 hours of arriving at the dealership, we drove our 2013 M Class home. Well, this afternoon I found a vehicle on true cars website that I really liked and sent a note inquiring about it. Not only did Travis immediately follow up with me, but early in the conversation he let me know that getting a car from him really was not the route to go because of the cost involved in shipping vehicles from Arizona to Cleveland. Knowing that he probably wasn't going to make a sale, still continued to help me with knowledge of all the ins and outs of car buying / leasing, as well as expertise in all 3 vehicles that I was interested in and what to be mindful of when looking at additional vehicles. He also offered his assistance if I were at the dealership and had questions about anything so that I wasn't being taken advantage of. To say that he went above and beyond to assist me would be an understatement. Travis listened to my questions and made suggestions that were best catered to my situation with no agenda other than making sure that my car buying experience was a good one. We found a low mileage 2012 BMW 328i convertible online and called ready to negotiate. We quickly learned that they price their vehicles ready to sell and do not negotiate on price. We spend a couple of weeks looking into other options and found their prices to be very competitive. Will come back for any future vehicle needs. More

From top to bottom we received first class treatment from everyone we came in contact with. We were stranded out of town, and at the mercy of a local service provider. Upon considering an outside opinion, we contacted Mr. Grubbs & Mr. Lombardo, who not only directed us in what steps to take, but enveloped the problem themselves. We were able to finish our trip without even a setback. Our appreciation does not say enough for how this organization went out of there way to assist. Both my wife and I will purchase our next cars from this dealership. Being in local business, we will continue to refer anyone interested in automobiles there way.
