Friendly! Quick and easy- very little hassle I walked into CBB on a Friday afternoon, Jamie stepped right out on to the showroom floor and greeted me. I explained I was interested in buying a car I walked into CBB on a Friday afternoon, Jamie stepped right out on to the showroom floor and greeted me. I explained I was interested in buying a car. Going from an SUV to a Sedan was a scary thought. I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted to look at, unfortunately what I had my eyes set on was already gone. Jamie didn't hesitate, he threw out a few other options and I was open. Within 20min we were test driving a couple potentials. I wasn't in love with anything. Thank goodness Jamie was on his toes, searching his inventory papers while on a test drive- by the time we got back, we hopped in an Audi A6 and I fell in love. I was a bit skeptical at the time because it was $9k more than I anticipated spending. Jamie never made me feel pressured or uneasy about anything. I went home over the weekend- thought about some things- went back Monday..ran some numbers but had a different dealership to visit to look at another car. A cool guy named Trevor, was very helpful, trying to work numbers as fast as he could since we were in a rush (this is where it gets good). HE OFFERED FOR ME TO TAKE THE AUDI so I could compare side by side at the other dealership. I took the car overnight, looked at the other vehicle, went back to CBB the next day and sat down with Jamie. (Again, no pressure whatsoever.) He asked how the visit at the other dealership was and I responded: "I want the Audi!" We started the paper work and in just over an hour I was driving off with my new car!!! I am very pleased with the service and patience everyone at CBB showed. Jamie made sure I had a great experience buying my new luxury vehicle. Thank you! More

No Pressure, Fantastic Selection, Fair Treatment I had a great experience buying my new (to me) BMW from Travis Walters. I went to CBB with one car in mind, so we test drove that make and model. I w I had a great experience buying my new (to me) BMW from Travis Walters. I went to CBB with one car in mind, so we test drove that make and model. I was impressed, but when I told him what impressed me about it he said that I may like something else even better (at the same price point). Man, did I ever! Travis was thoroughly knowledgeable about both makes and models and really worked with me to determine which car met my "must-have" list. Travis presented me with three payment options and we found a solution that best met my needs. I like the no haggle approach and I confirmed that the price was fair based on my post-purchase research. I like the 10-day exchange policy, too! Full disclosure: I'm an impulse buyer (and I'm female - cha-ching!). I had done "some" but not much homework. The next day, I noticed some vibration and unexpected road noise and began to worry that I had I made a mistake. So I took it to a BMW dealer here in the Valley (which is another story of excellent customer service). Anyway, one of their service reps drove the car with me and said the car felt solid, but needed new tires. I also confirmed that I am still under factory warranty and the BMW Road Side Assistance program. I took it back to CBB and they put new tires on it for me. They have a standard tire they use on my model and I didn't want that - I wanted the stock tires it came with - so I paid the difference. But I felt like I was treated with respect and honesty from start to finish. One negative - I was under the impression I'd get a "loaner" car while my tires were being replaced. Instead, I was picked up by Enterprise and I got a rental (on CBB's dime). It made the drop off and pick up a little less streamlined than I would have liked, but not a huge deal. More
