Was very impressed, especially when I went to test drive because Chris never swayed from what I was quoted. They made the experience of buying a vehicle a pleasant one and when I had to take it in for service, the time they quoted me was just about accurate! Would definitely refer anyone to them. Great Timing & Friendliness I spoke to Jim Beyer (Sales Manager) on a Friday and it seemed like my car was out of reach, but by Monday I was driving off the lot. Surprisingly Good I went in at 8:00 a.m. to look at a 2014 fully loaded BMW 3 series I had noticed online the night before. When I arrived at Certified Benz and Beemer I went in at 8:00 a.m. to look at a 2014 fully loaded BMW 3 series I had noticed online the night before. When I arrived at Certified Benz and Beemer, I was informed that the car I was interested in was no longer available. Richard Kirk ("RK"), asked me to explain the type of car and features I was looking for. Despite their vast inventory, they did not have exactly what I had requested (I am very particular). RK told me he would try to locate what I thought I wanted and get back to me the same day. On my way out, he asked if I would consider a 2012 Mercedes C350 coupe that had all the options I was looking for. The C-class was not anything I thought I'd be interested in, but when I saw it and test drove it, I realized it was a great fit for me. It was also $5,000 less than the car I had originally intended to purchase. RK knew what I wanted better than I did and that is pretty amazing. The management was also great. Chris Barone was very good about communicating with me via text message in response to all my questions regarding financing, repairs, an extended warranty, and pickup date. He even had a long conversation with me to determine if another car might be better for me because I was unsure about going from an SUV to a sporty two-door car. Dustin Johnson went out of his way to give me unexpected savings on my trade even after I had agreed to buy the car without it dropping my monthly payments noticeably. RK and Tracey Weaver, in the financing office, even stayed late to accommodate my work schedule when closing the deal. I am pleased with my experience at Certified Benz and Beemer and will return there for my next purchase. More

My salesman, Chris Nall, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I eventually purchased and provided me with more information so as to make an informed decision, he even brought the vehicle to me as I had prior engagements and could not make it to the dealership!
