Certified Benz & Beemer

This was a car buying experience that lasted for a couple weeks...and it was a great one! I was searching for a Range Rover Sport Supercharged and found Certified Benz and Beemer on the internet. First of all, their website is one of the best I've seen. They included the Carfax, the details I wanted to know to narrow my search, and high resolution photos. I didn't mention yet, but I'm in California. When I called, salesman Gary Gordon took the call. He was extremely helpful and gave me the sense that he was truly there to help me find what I wanted, not just to sell me something. Being so far away and not able to see the Rover first hand, I had several questions. Gary answered all the questions, took measurements, verifed that everything worked (its a 2008), and made me feel comfortable with the long distance purchase. The DealerRater score was one of the things that clinched it for me and these folks lived up to it. Others at CBB must be given thanks as well. When calling for information and Gary was not there, Trevor stepped up and showed his Sales Manager status by covering for his guy. The emailed purchase agreement was nice, made things easy to run through my credit union, and simply added to the professionalism of CBB. Tracy and Chris in Finance walked me through everything. Chris took care of and overnighted all the paperwork. Tracy, bless her, held my hand through the Arizona to California transfer. Finally, when I was ready to hop a plane and drive the Rover back, Gary and the team gave me an outstanding deal to ship it to my door. I don't know if they can economically do that for everyone, but to southern California it was that nice extra touch. Special thanks go out to Lee who took care of the shipping issues with the carrier, you are a great guy. CBB has wonderful and unique vehicles. I could have driven an hour south to find dozens of Range Rover Sports in black, gray, or white, but CBB had one in my desired Rimini Red/Ivory combination. The overall experience was great. I smogged it (no problems), went through CA DMV (no problems), and I'm driving a dream ride every day! THANK YOU! Brian W. More

The whole staff was very friendly and we had the pleasure of working with Berrin and Jeff who are very knowledgable and just love there job, so helpful and friendly. Not to mention the prices are right on the money. Funny story, while we were in the lounge waiting for our paper work (what a nice lounge by the way). We were watching out the window and one of the employees pulled up in a new BMW. Another employee stopped him jumped in the car and they drove about 10 feet and both got out of the car. We started laughing, but really it was so great to see employees so passionate about cars and there jobs. We bought the car, was quick and smooth. What a great experience. I would reccomend Certified Mercedes and Beemer to anyone who is serious about a no hassle friendly car buying experience. Thank you so much for everything. First my initial experience with Certified Benz and Beemer started on an 101 degree day with my frantic phone call I made to Certified Benz and Beemer when I Mercedes Benz stopped working in the middle of a busy intersection, and Mr.Tyson Muse one of your Service Manager was the one that answered my call and talk me thru what I needed to do to get my vehicle started long enough to get me out of the intersection and into a safe place until I was able to get the car towed to Certified Benz and Beemer. My Second experience was the time when I met Mr.Tyson Muse that same day, he was very friendly, and he stated that he will have his Mechanic to began looking into the problems that I was having with my car, Mr.Tyson Muse was nice to offer to drop me off at my office, but I explain I had someone coming to pick me up. My next experience with Certified Benz and Beemer, was when Mr. Tyson Muse, call me the same day with a list of items that his Mechanic had found the problems, and Mr. Muse explained the pricing of each item that needed to be works on, and offered his time to explain to me what will need to done by his mechanic's and how long to complete the work. He stated he would have the vehicle done in a few days, however, Mr. Muse called me back and said he will have his Mechanic start on the work that same day and try to improve the date of getting the vehicle back to me sooner, He made me fill that his Mechanic will proved outstanding quality of work and at a very fare price for all the work that needed to done. Note: Mr Muse call me the next day to inform me that my vehicle was ready , and he offered to pick me up from my office. Note: it is easy for a person to complain about the Service they received, but allow me to say : 'My overall experience with Certified Benz and Beemer has been "outstanding", and thanks to Mr. Tyson Muse. But I am sure the Management of Certified Benz and Beemer are very proud to have a true professional like Mr. Tyson Muse and his Mechanic's on your Team…" You, now have me as a real customer of all my work to my vehicle.
