The very first one we saw was at Certified Benz and Beemer where she had set an appointment with Jason Frey. Jason was one of the most caring sales people we have ever dealt with, he new we were there to advise our daughter but took it upon himself to walk here step by step through the car buying experience from driving the car, explaining the options to negotiating the deal. By the time we were done we realized there was really no reason for us to be there or worry about somebody taking advantage of our daughter. We would recommend Jason Frey and Certified Benz and Beemer to all our friend, relatives or anybody who has a child buying a car for the first time. I really wasn't in the market for a new/used car, however, I did want to see the insdie of a Jaguar and feel how it drives/rides. I saw one online at Certified Benz and Beemer. He was friendly and accommodating from the start. I told him I wasn't sure that I even wanted to buy a car BUT I saw the Jag on line and never drove one and wanted to come by and see it. It was last minute, late Friday afternoon. He told me he would be there when I arrived at about 6:00. Well, now I am the owner of a beautiful Jaquar! Alex was a no pressure sales man, that stayed late to see me through the whole process. It's been a montha and ahlf since I drove that beautiful car off the lot and Alex has done exceptional follow up with me and the car. I have my oil changes and scheduled maintenance plan with them set for the future. I have peace of mind with the extended warranty I purchased and knowing that they will be as accommodating as they have been so far. I have and will recommend Alex and CBB to friends and family. After visiting a couple of dealerships looking for a large SUV for my dad, we found Certified Benz and Beemer online. When I called the store I spoke to Bill and told him the frustrations I had with oth large SUV for my dad, we found Certified Benz and Beemer online. When I called the store I spoke to Bill and told him the frustrations I had with other dealerships making promises that did not come true. We set a time to come in and Bill said he would have the car ready for a test drive. No later than five minutes after we arrived we were out driving the car we would eventually buy. How refreshing not to be switched to a different car because the one we had talked about "was just sold". When we returned to the dealership it took all of ten minutes to agree upon a price and shortly thereafter in and through finance. The whole process took slightly more than an hour. I have never had such an experience when purchasing a vehicle. The folks at Certified never pressured us to buy a certain vehicle or any products we did not want. I will highly recommend them to my friends or anyone looking for a hassle free shopping experience. More
