I had printed out the descriptions of four cars from your website and after a brief discussion of how the dealership works, Danny went and brought out the automobiles for us to test drive. We drove the cars and tested each ones performance. We made our decision and Danny started the approval process and within a short while he had our trade-in approved and we were driving off the dealership lot with our 'new-used' automobile. I explained our situation and he was extremely helpful arranging for a tow service and getting our vehicle in with a technician the first thing the following morning. We were pleasantly surprised with the quick response the following day with the analysis of the problem and the cost for the repair. When we picked up the car later that day, the cost was as quoted over the phone, no surprises or gotchas. It was a very pleasant experience working with Travis and CBB, one that we will definitely consider if we decide to move to Scottsdale. More
