Wonderful Car Shopping Experience! I am in the market to purchase a late model BMW. After visiting a local BMW dealership, I decided to also visit Certified Benz and Beemer and was ple I am in the market to purchase a late model BMW. After visiting a local BMW dealership, I decided to also visit Certified Benz and Beemer and was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. I was promptly greeted by James Valentine who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly while answering my numerous questions. The interaction felt like any but being in a used car dealership and in fact was far superior than my experience at BMW. Although I am not ready to purchase today, I feel that the information shared by James and his no pressure approach will bring me back once I am ready. I will ask for James by name and look forward to working with him in the future. More
