Quickest most efficient car purchase CBB was absolutely fabulous to work with. I work with Zurvita and became car qualified. With a challenging purchase, living 3 hours away and a frust CBB was absolutely fabulous to work with. I work with Zurvita and became car qualified. With a challenging purchase, living 3 hours away and a frustrated buyer Chris B. and Chris B. went above and beyond. By the time I got to CBB I had dealt with 5+ dealerships with either shady business practices, hidden costs, and horrible customer services and was extremely frustrated. I went online found a qualified car and filled out an online questionnaire. I immediately received a call from Chris Beaman who patiently listed to my vent session. He got right to the point cut out all the BS and worked with Chris Barone to make it happen. I received an online proposal that met our expectations, we made the 3 hour trip and finalized the deal. When we got to Mo he asked about GAP insurance, I explained I already pay for a similar product through my car insurance. We were not forced to finance a wax job on the car an no hidden fees. All three of the gentleman we worked with were personable, included my kids in the process and were top notch in customer service. I will 100% without a doubt be a return customer in the future. I knew after that this was where I was buying the car. As we were closing that deal my eyes wandered to the amazing selection of totally clean luxury vehicles they had. We were blown away by the selection of high qualit My wife and I were in Scottsdale for a long weekend and found the dealership online and stopped by. We were blown away by the selection of high quality, low mileage cars. We had been casually looking for a convertible in Illinois (our home state), but hadn't found the right one yet. Jamie greeted us and showed us several Mercedes and BMW models. He was very friendly and knowledgable. We test drove a low mileage 650i and bought it. The price was fair and we appreciated the straight forward "no haggle" philosophy. We agreed to have Certified arrange shipping from AZ to IL. Unfortunately there were several challenges with getting the shipping arranged, which was frustrating, but Lee Grubbs took responsibility and made it right for us. Ultimately he and Jamie turned a frustrating shipping experience into a positive for us, which really demonstrated to me that Certified does believe in great customer service. Their actions certainly demonstrated that in our case. More

No Pressure -No Hassles Came to CBB through the car buying service with my insurance company providers, otherwise, I wouldn't have been here. I came to test drive a Cadillac Came to CBB through the car buying service with my insurance company providers, otherwise, I wouldn't have been here. I came to test drive a Cadillac CTS and was just underwhelmed with it, despite my most recent car being a CTS. Floyd asked if I wanted to check out any Mercedes, which at first I thought was crazy because I could never afford one. Well, I could, and I did. Test driving - hassle free; Floyd is a wealth of information and candid. His full attention was on us. I did run into a snag with financing since I already had financing lined up, and the process required by my bank was going to result in a delay in getting the car. Travis Walters provided an immediate solution, and I drove home with the car as expected. This is the first time in many years that I enjoyed buying a new car. Thanks. More
