The only thing the prevented me from giving them 5 stars is the discrepancy of $500 between the price I agreed to with the salesman and the price I ended up paying. They made an error in the pricing on the online inventory and I was promised that pricing up until the manager came with the final purchase agreement. He insisted that even with the additional $500 it was still underpriced, but it was just a matter of principle. If you promise something, you should honor that consistently. Otherwise really great people working together to sell quality cars. More

I was not offered a service plan or maintenance plan at all. I was offered a warranty on the lift of my jeep. The price was "nonnegotiable" so I asked if they would throw in a running board so I could get in my vehicle. That too, was impossible. So I asked if it could be discounted or worked into the loan....Still nothing. I was told "No" on everything, not by Berrin, but by the sales manager. I would reccomend this dealer because of what they do to their Jeeps and because of Berrin Bigott. Otherwise I would not. I would like to say that the financing department was Outstanding as well. Thank you Mo! More

I told him what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay monthly and he delivered EXACTLY that. The rest of the professional salesmen where polite and energetic. One of the best moments was after the purchase when almost every other salesman in the showroom congratulated me about my purchase and welcomed me to the "family." THIS NEVER HAPPENS!" They have for sure aquired a life long customer. More
First out of state purchase I was nervous buying a $50K vehicle in another state without actually seeing it. Frank made me feel comfortable and understood how I felt. He offered to be my eyes and ask me if there was any area of the vehicle where he would like me to take additional, close-up pictures to send me. I did and he did. I flew to Phoenix and Frank was kind enough to pick me up at the airport. I was pleased that the car was just as great as it appeared online. What a great drive back to California!! I would purchase this way again and be comfortable having it shipped to me next time ( and I believe there will be a next time)! I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends. More
