Outstanding Dealership I have just taken delivery of my gently used BMW, culminating in what I would call the "perfect customer service experience". I was an out of town buy I have just taken delivery of my gently used BMW, culminating in what I would call the "perfect customer service experience". I was an out of town buyer, tacking the vehicle on the dealer website, which described the vehicle to perfection. Friends in AZ test drove the vehicle on my behalf and gave the car two thumbs up along with the sales rep Alex Kankus. Alex is an great sales rep, professional, knowledgeable and very prompt in returning phone call and emails. I also worked with Rocio and Lee Grubbs as well, both we very helpful and knowledgeable about my concerns and needs. Even the trucker who delivered my vehicle was the consummate professional!
