Becoming part of the Benz Beemer Family It has always been a dream to own a 2-door drop top Mercedes Benz. On Valentines Day my husband made my dreams come true. After I realized it was a reality, took a few minutes, I heard the words "welcome to the family". I was now part of the Benz-Beemer Family. Rich "RK" Kirch was our salesman. RK explained all options and made promises for repairs that were serviced and repaired immediately. RK was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with him in the future. We later met Bryan Sullivan, the service advisor. Bryan always greet us with a smile and he makes you feel like you have been friends forever. His personality makes it easy to talk to and explain whatever service problems you are having. I felt like he was on my side. I highly recommend this dealership. I found an additional issue after my purchase and when I brought it to Lee's attention he took care of it right away and recktified the issue. After visiting them, we visited another dealership who indicated all the ways they could save us money and even told us what CBB would charge us for fees, over and above what this dealership would charge. That claim turned out to be untruthful as the overall price and fees at CBB were extremely competitive. The process of purchase was simple and smooth. We couldn't take the car the day we made the purchase as my wife and I are both listed on the title and she couldn't come with me that day to sign. We made arrangements to arrive the moment they opened their doors a couple of days later. The final signing and delivery of the vehicle was accomplished in less than 10 minutes, as promised, and we were on our way. I highly recommend CBB as a honest, fair and quality dealership. More
