Easy process and low pressure I had been thinking about buying a new car for sometime but wasn't thrilled with the idea of actually having to go through the whole buying process. I I had been thinking about buying a new car for sometime but wasn't thrilled with the idea of actually having to go through the whole buying process. I actually drove by this dealership twice and my anxiety level was through the roof so I decided to wait for another day. On Memorial Day I decided to take the plunge and venture in. I'm glad I did! I had a prequalified offer from Cap One so I had an idea of my price range and interest rate. I was greeted promptly by Kienan. I told him what I was looking for an we took a test drive. Kienan was very personable and made me feel comfortable. We then drove another car which I liked better. I was almost ready to say, 'Let's do it.' But, I asked to see one more option, Kienan and I sat down and viewed their available inventory. We found something just slightly over my budget, a BMW 5 series vs. 3 series. We took the car out for a drive and the car sold itself. We got back to the dealership and began the sale. Of course, as we were working on the details I was on my phone looking at other dealerships inventory. Chapman BMW had the exact same car with very comparable mileage for over $5000 more than Certified. I was confident I was getting a fair deal. I also received a very fair deal on my trade in, 2004 Honda Accord. I expected the process to be a bit shorter than it was as I had indicated I'd like to go through Cap One and not 'shop around' for financing. The process took about an hour to get the payment and rate locked down. Not too bad but hoped it would be slightly faster. Once that was in order it was time to sign on the dotted line, at which point Mohamed Abdouni came over and introduced himself. Mohamed was very efficient and got me through the finalizing the sale in no time. I am thoroughly satisfied with my pruchase and my experience. I would highly recommend Certified Benz and Beemer to friends and family alike. Kienan has already followed up with me to ensure my satisfaction with the sale and the car. I couldn't be more impressed. More
