The only thing the prevented me from giving them 5 stars is the discrepancy of $500 between the price I agreed to with the salesman and the price I ended up paying. They made an error in the pricing on the online inventory and I was promised that pricing up until the manager came with the final purchase agreement. He insisted that even with the additional $500 it was still underpriced, but it was just a matter of principle. If you promise something, you should honor that consistently. Otherwise really great people working together to sell quality cars. More

Could have worked with us. Berrin Bigott was very nice and tried to work with us, but the sales manager( I can't remember his name) continued to interrupt and take over. I was not offered a service plan or maintenance plan at all. I was offered a warranty on the lift of my jeep. The price was "nonnegotiable" so I asked if they would throw in a running board so I could get in my vehicle. That too, was impossible. So I asked if it could be discounted or worked into the loan....Still nothing. I was told "No" on everything, not by Berrin, but by the sales manager. I would reccomend this dealer because of what they do to their Jeeps and because of Berrin Bigott. Otherwise I would not. I would like to say that the financing department was Outstanding as well. One of the best moments was after the purchase when almost every other salesman in the showroom congratulated me about my purchase and welcomed me to the "family." THIS NEVER HAPPENS!" First out of state purchase I was nervous buying a $50K vehicle in another state without actually seeing it. Frank made me feel comfortable and understood how I felt. He offered to be my eyes and ask me if there was any area of the vehicle where he would like me to take additional, close-up pictures to send me. I did and he did. I flew to Phoenix and Frank was kind enough to pick me up at the airport. I was pleased that the car was just as great as it appeared online. What a great drive back to California!! I would purchase this way again and be comfortable having it shipped to me next time ( and I believe there will be a next time)! I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends. More

My SIXTH (maybe 7th) Car Purchase from CBB I stumbled across Certified Benz & Beemer several years ago in Mesa (their old location) while on a test drive from another dealer. At first glance I I stumbled across Certified Benz & Beemer several years ago in Mesa (their old location) while on a test drive from another dealer. At first glance I noticed all the high-line cars on their lot. So I promptly paid a visit. When I first walked in, I met the owner (Jack Schneider) and Chris Barone. Great guys! I purchased a CL500 that day. Fast forward several years, and several cars later, I now consider Jack and Chris dear friends. I've also made many more CBB friends. When I visit their showroom I feel like I'm with my extended family. I recently purchased an E350 for my daughter as a college graduation gift. This deal was particularly challenging because Momma and daughter had different ideas about the "perfect" car. Jeff Hallenbeck (another great guy at CBB) stuck with us through almost an entire day of tire kicking and test drives. We finally settled on the car make and model, but the exact configuration was not on the lot. Within a few hours, Jeff has located our car in a different state. The purchased the car on my word and had it shipped to Arizona for my approval. Everything was perfect. Daughter loved the car, Momma approved and Daddy was happy to do another deal with Certified. Jeff was king in this deal.
