First, I had one bad experience and wanted to talk to the service manager about it in a friendly way to tell them it left a bad taste. I have tried for three days to contact the service manager and left messages...been transferred to everyone but the manager and left messages. No return, more bad taste. I took my car for service as always...asked up front for tire rotation. When I picked it up the tire rotation was not on the ticket. I asked why, they said it's not due. I said I am getting emails saying it is. They said no so I let it go. Yesterday I took the vehicle for State inspection and they said the LR tire was bad due to not being rotated. The other tires are ok. I get to buy two new tires, probably 15-20,000 miles before necessary...dealer's fault. My other experiences have been good, but because they won't take my call or call me back, I'll probably take my business elsewhere. Bad taste! More
