Here’s the story. Went in for my complimentary oil change. My husband bought an N line Veloster. While he was picking up his car, I saw the Hyundai Santa Cruz. I fell Went in for my complimentary oil change. My husband bought an N line Veloster. While he was picking up his car, I saw the Hyundai Santa Cruz. I fell instantly in love and test drove it in the spot. An hour later, I had traded in my 2021 Hyundai Elantra for this amazing vehicle. We got the price we wanted, excellent trade in, and signed the papers within the hour. Chris was so so much fun to work with. He truly believes in the Hyundai product and he is a very honest salesperson. I have never felt comfortable with sales people until Chris. This is our 4th Hyundai purchase from Central Hyundai in a little over a year. We love the warranty, but mostly we love all of the wonderful people at this dealership. Brian and Ed in service make service enjoyable. Tyler negotiated with us to get us at the price point we were comfortable with. Peter in finance knows what we want and works well with us. Just an overall top notch sales person, service and management. You won’t go wrong with Chris and Central Hyundai. We are customers for life. Thanks again! More

Thomas was friendly and helpful, got me in the car for a test drive almost immediately. However, Laurell Fittanto informed me the day before that down payment could be made by ATM card or credit card which test drive almost immediately. However, Laurell Fittanto informed me the day before that down payment could be made by ATM card or credit card which wasn’t true and had me racing to my bank thirty minutes away to get a bank check before the bank closed and also needing to phone a friend to borrow $7,500. Jim and Thomas assured me I could drive the car away the same day and after I went to the bank, dropped my car off at home and got a ride (I live 50” away in MA) and my friend drove off they both suddenly remembered that you can’t drive a car in MA with CT dealer plates and I had to call my friend back. Once the deal was completed it took from 9/3-9/15 for the car to be registered, at which point I was out of state. Thomas did deliver the car to my home on 9/16 which I both appreciate and consider the least that could be done considering I was set up to have it 13 days earlier and wasted two hours on a round trip while inconveniencing my friend.
