I’ve been trying to get my mom to buy a newer car for a while and she finally made the first step and went to a dealership. This was a really big step for her since this would be her first car purchase since my father passed. My mom is looking to stay at a low monthly payment since she is retired, Andrea proceeded to go to her manager to see what would work for my mom, she went and showed my mom their used selection, unfortunately none of the cars that were available on the lot and in her price range met the criteria that my mom was looking for but we will be checking the website to see if something works for my mom. I know it’s your job to sell cars but thank you for being patient with my mom and not taking advantage of my mom like other salesmen would. More

I was very motivated to make a purchase because I was really interested in getting into a newer vehicle. Treated horribly by Elise who dodged my calls I called her multiple times for weeks and gives me a really interested in getting into a newer vehicle. Treated horribly by Elise who dodged my calls I called her multiple times for weeks and gives me a bunch of empty promises when I finally get a held of her, I live far away and I don’t want to drive somewhere to be disappointed when it’s not in my price range. Asked multiple questions about features and was answered with um it does or um I think it does. When I actually looked into it online, the car does not have the features I was asking about not sure why she lied and told me it does. If you don’t know what you’re talking about find out and don’t tell the customer the wrong thing. Extremely rude and not honest stay away More

Sadly disappointed. Found the right car (2020 Palisade Limited), but couldn't make the deal because we couldn't work with Michael Huling. The asking price was $3605 over Kelly Blue Book fair purchase price (excellent condition) and $2912 over typical listing price. Also found 7 equivalent trims & mileage within KBB value. The nail in the coffin was telling his sales rep that we were comparing to a car with 30k more miles, when it was actually less mileage than the one we wanted to buy. To me, that demonstrates dishonesty, and we cannot work with that. The experience was a shame. Surprising in the information age, Michael would act like that. We'll keep shopping elsewhere. More
