I also purchased the maintenance agreement for my car, and was told I would receive a loaner car every time I came in for scheduled maintenance. NOT so. They apparently have one loaner car that is always on loan to someone else. I would not have paid thousands of dollars extra for a maintenance agreement had I known about this! When I used my "vacuum" coupon, they did not vacuum the entire car, only the tops of the mats and floors--the back cargo area was left dirty. For purchasing, they continuously "have to check with the manager" and leave you sitting until you walk out on them before giving you their best deal. It is too stressful to purchase a car there, and we are seriously considering switching to a dealership that does not play games with its customers. At any rate, we will never purchase a maintenance agreement again, it is not worth it. While the service department is friendly enough, they just do not finish the job. I also have a door handle that has been broken since I purchased the car. They do not believe me, and are refusing to fix it because they never documented it. I have mentioned it every time I brought the car in, but no one wrote it down, so they are refusing to fix it. Also, the gas tank cover has never been properly repaired and while it works when I leave the dealership it does not work the very first time I enter a gas station! I think I am finished with this dealership. They are not outstanding. Just mediocre. More
Terrible! I bought my Mazda 3 from Central Auto group just over a year ago. The buying process was horrible, but that's a different story. I got an oil change today at Mazda of Manchester and my car has been hesitating to start. So they said I needed a new battery which is under warranty if it's the original battery. Mazda of Manchester said it was not the original battery but we were confused because I bought the car brand new and I've never replaced it. So Mazda of Manchester called central auto group to see if they replaced it, and yes they did. They replaced it before I bought it. So it's a dealership battery, which is also under warranty. Mazda of Manchester just needed the paperwork of the battery central put in so they could process it though my warranty. Central auto group said they wouldn't fax it over because Mazda of Manchester "was arguing with them" on the phone. What a nightmare. More

I wanted white or black limited. They brought in a blue one from another dealership. Even though when they asked me to come look at it, I told them no. They kept calling over and over again asking when I was picking up my car. I heard about Central from a friend. So I went to see them. They listened to what I wanted, they understood that I would not be ready for at least 30 days before I could purchase it. They did not hound me, they called me 30 days later, showed me my options in a white or black car. They answered all my questions and they went over every option in the car with me. The service I received on my car over the years was wonderful. So I wanted a new Sonata and I went back to see Joe. The experience with Joe, stress free and he listen to what I wanted. I could not ask for a better sales representative or a better dealership. I have sent may friends to Central and they all love the experience. Thanks Joe and Central!!! More

Dishonest car salesmen This is your stereotypical used car dealership. I could write a long review on how bad it is but I will keep this short. They listed cars as new that we're in fact used cars, quoted one price and then changed the price on it, etc. if you are looking for a new car I would recommend shopping anywhere else. More
Buyer beware!! Buyer beware! The dealership could care less after you sign the purchase agreement. Additionally, nearly every person I came into contact with was Buyer beware! Employee turnover says a lot about a business! At one point my automobile was in their service department for 5 weeks - I never got one phone call! When I mentioned this, I was asked why I didn't call? That's not great customer service. I could call everyday... No one wants that! I purchased a lemon. The GM told me to hire an attorney and call 800 customer care number. I didn't need my hand held, but again customer service lacked! That was the best he could do for me. The manufacture made good on the deal; however the replacement vehicle and paperwork sat at the dealership for days... While I begged for an appointment. They made it clear that it wasn't a priority and were annoyed that the manufacture was making them assist in the transaction! Meanwhile my car was in their service department for 3 months!! When asking for an appointment and expressing my concerns in the length of time everything took there along with a little ranting, I was told 'we realize we lost a customer' REALLY?? there was an opportunity for redemption... But again customer service seems to lack! When I finally got an appointment to pick up the replacement vehicle the individual assisting in the paperwork process wasn't familiar with the paperwork. I waited patiently while I was told 'sorry, it's the first time I'm seeing this' apparently their other location is short staffed also. After I signed all the highlighted areas of the paperwork I was sent on my way. I had to ask about registration AND the keys for the new car! The person who handles registration was out... Working at the other location. A salesman came, gave me the keys, asked if I had any questions, took care of a request and I was on my way. I sat in the car and phoned my insurance before driving Away... I didn't mind sitting in my car, because the office I did all the paperwork had a very strong cigarette odor. If I'm not mistaken, before you drive off the lot with a new vehicle, insurance should be in place.. The pros of the whole situation - I was provided a loaner Hyundai during the 3 months. Actually a couple of cars, because I was told I drive a lot of miles - all the more reason to get me in that new replacement vehicle ASAP!! So if you don't buy a lemon and don't EVER need to return for anything, this is the place for you... However if you're looking for top notch customer service with dedicated employees, look again! More

After looking at several other dealerships, I decided to stop by and check out the Hyundai dealership. Josh and the staff were excellent! They were very friendly and made the car-shopping experience stress free and fun. They answered all of my questions and if they didn't have an answer they found the right person to ask. I did purchase a new Hyundai there and I am very happy with it. I would recommend Josh and the gang to all of my friends. Thanks! More
