Services dept broke my car I noticed a part in my car is broken. No one other than this garage has ever worked on my car, so I know the damage was done there. The worst part abo I noticed a part in my car is broken. No one other than this garage has ever worked on my car, so I know the damage was done there. The worst part about it is that they used pieces of tape to hold the part in place. When I contacted the manager of the services dept, his excuses were nothing but lame. He said that part falls off with time, so his technicians taped it in place so it'd not fall. He could not sympathize or reason with me and completely failed to notice the irresponsibility behind his so-called technician's actions. The part didn't simply fall, it was BROKEN and then taped! Take your car there if you want, but make sure to inspect it thoroughly and look for pieces of tape when you get it back. More
