A no stress experience. I came into this dealership after a bad experience with an Old Saybrook dealer and had a bit of a chip on my shoulder. In spite of this, Vinnie got me past that, treating me much better than I probably deserved. The whole process of looking at the car, seeing my options and payments were no stress for me, that is the reason I bought from these guys. I had my car choice narrowed down, they all made it easy to get through. One day, I drove it home that evening.
