I have had problems from the day I bought my first brand new car! I am still waiting on a spare tire bc my car was sold to me without one, I was never told. It's also about a 2hr wait every time you get an oil change and you have to ask for your car to be washed or it won't be. I was told every time u get an oil change you get a free car wash. I could go on but there is no point.... I just bought a brand new car so I wouldn't have problems yet it seems I have more issues now than before. More

Seamless, Stress Free Experience My wife and I needed a new commuter car. We drive so many miles for work that we realized we needed a cost-friendly, fuel efficient vehicle that could My wife and I needed a new commuter car. We drive so many miles for work that we realized we needed a cost-friendly, fuel efficient vehicle that could get us back and forth and take the wear and tear it was intended for. We were shopping on a busy Saturday afternoon, so instead of making us wait for a salesperson, the Manager, Rob Dwyer, gave us a tour of the dealership and helped us find the vehicle that we ended up buying! He kept our interaction professional, low pressure and demonstrated courtesy and understanding despite the many questions we had. Our budget was limited so we were expecting someone to try to force us into a car we couldn't afford, as most dealerships do. We were blown away by Mr. Dwyer's demeanor and how he made us feel equally as important as someone who was there to spend much more money than we could. We were then introduced to Matt who was equally as professional and polite. We sat at his desk and he very patiently walked us through all the paperwork. He outlined every aspect of each step in great detail, and before moving on to another topic, he gave us an opportunity to ask any additional questions. Every other dealership that we've gone to in the past has intentionally rushed through the 'fine print', so it's worth mentioning how comfortable it made us feel to know that he was being thorough despite how busy it was that day. As we were wrapping up our transaction, General Manager, Filippo, came over and asked how our experience was. He was genuinely interested in our feedback and personally welcomed us to the Central Auto Group family - adding that he was always available to help if we ever had and questions or concerns. He really went above and beyond to make sure that we were completely satisfied which is the reason why we'll never shop anywhere else! We have purchased many cars in the past from various dealerships, and every time we've driven off the lot, we've only felt 'ok' about our experience. Either the staff was unprofessional, they didn't stick to their word on something or we felt so pressured that we looked back later and wished we'd gone somewhere else. For that reason, I've never written a review until now. Central Auto Group is the real deal, and for the first time, we drove off the lot with smiles on our faces and we're still smiling today! It's the first time in a very long time that someone tried to actually EARN my business - not expect it! Thank you so much for making this the best car buying experience we've ever had! You've earned a customer for life!! More
