Andrew made us feel very comfortable from the moment we shook hands till the moment we signed papers for our new car . Not at all pushy , we greatly appreciate that . We dropped our car off for service and thought we could grab it at 5pm. As a new mom my brain obviously wasn’t working right and we learned service closes at 1 on Saturdays. Chris went way above and beyond grab it at 5pm. As a new mom my brain obviously wasn’t working right and we learned service closes at 1 on Saturdays. Chris went way above and beyond and not only helped us retrieve our vehicle after hours, but also he contacted the GM who helped us too. They were incredibly gracious and kind. Thank you both!!! More
