Extremely fair price given the current chip shortage and climate, Ray kept me up to date the entire time my car was in transit with the latest news, and kept me up to date on what documents he needed from m climate, Ray kept me up to date the entire time my car was in transit with the latest news, and kept me up to date on what documents he needed from me. From the day the car arrived on the lot, he was able to speed it past inspections, detailing, and getting it ready for the customer and I was able to pick it up the very same day. The dealership was able to swap summer tires to all seasons for me which ensured my safety, and made sure I had everything I needed before I was off the lot. Even though they were in a different state, they were familiar with the tax laws of other states in New England along with Registration details and were able to take care of everything with no issue. It's the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Agreed on an MSRP price. Traded in my car. Signed some documents. Done. They also use a credit union for some of their financing instead of a predatory bank which was a great sight to see. Thank you to Central Auto for a terrific experience (even for an out-of-state buyer who had to travel many hours for this!). They ensured I never felt like I wasted my time and Ray in particular was instrumental in making sure we felt at home through the entire process. More
