Always pleased with Bryan Zasloff's customer service. He has been my service guy for as long as I can remember. Bryan does not "push" me into any service that I do not need (it would be my last visit if any has been my service guy for as long as I can remember. I have brought 14 cars in the last 14 yrs from this dealership, but cannot by anymore moved back to illinois. Mel contacted me repeatedly after I expressed interest in a new Veloster. My experience at Centennial was quite positive, although upon returning home, I realized the front passenger mat was missing. I con a new Veloster. My experience at Centennial was quite positive, although upon returning home, I realized the front passenger mat was missing. I contacted Mel numerous times, and he promised to speak with the salesman to resolve the issue. The salesman never responded, and eventually Mel purchased carpet mats at his own expense and had them delivered to my home. Had it not been for my persistence and for Mel's ongoing efforts, my rating of Centennial would have hit rock bottom. Mel saved the day, and is my Centennial HERO! More
Great price on our 2019 Tuscon. Moses in sales was always there to help things go smoothly.
