Gilbert listened to my wants and needs and helped me find the perfect vehicle for me. Camacho demonstrated all the great features on my new Jeep and explained how they worked. When we came back from the test drive, Gilbert presented me with a menu clearly showing the purchase price as well as additional coverages I could get to fully protect my Jeep. Gilbert went over financing options with me and we found the best choice for my financial situation, no pressure or stress! It is tough buying a vehicle as a young woman, but the staff at Centennial Hyundai treated me with respect and honesty. Chelsea in finance answered all of my questions about the contracts and I was in and out in no time! I only recommend Gilbert and his sales team to my friends and family when they need a new car. This review is all true. I know people will think I am exaggerating, but I’m not. Mr. Blackwell has not only ignored even though I have asked other service department people to please hand deliver a messa exaggerating, but I’m not. Mr. Blackwell has not only ignored even though I have asked other service department people to please hand deliver a message but I even have one promise not to leave his office until he called me. I have left many voice messages along with emails and to this day, nothing! Next I even started calling the sales department and the exact same happened. I started trying to reach Mr. Blackwell November 27th and it is now November 30th at 10:00 pm. At this point, you would be out of your mind to do any business with this dealership. I have put in a complaint with Hyundai’s corporate office and they have opened a case. My problem with this dealership is that my fuel pump went out and insisted it was not covered under their warranty but I had purchased a additional warranty with a warranty company they recommended but they refused contact them for prior approval because they said it wasn’t covered under their warranty and that my warranty expired with them. I was told that the only way to replace the unit is if I agree to pay for it. So I did because I get very frightened when my car doesn’t start every other day or so. After I paid over $800 dollar plus just under $300 dollars for a rental car I was able to retrieve my paperwork and found out that the part in fact was fully covered under the warranty and my warranty doesn’t expire until April 2022! Why on earth would this dealership do that. I would love to know but none of the people that have any information regarding this situation will not answer when I call and they must know I have been trying to contact them. I just feel I should let people know how I have been treated after years of taking my Hyundai to them for just about everything as; and I know that I could get much of the work for considerably less expensive but I am kinda old and thought I might be paying more but I felt if there ever was a problem this dealership would take care of me. BOY was I wrong! More

Always pleased with Bryan Zasloff's customer service. He has been my service guy for as long as I can remember. Bryan does not "push" me into any service that I do not need (it would be my last visit if any has been my service guy for as long as I can remember.
