Alex is the greatest! I brought my Santa Fe in without an appointment because of the alternator going out. I'm mechanically inclined so I checked it the day before and knew I brought my Santa Fe in without an appointment because of the alternator going out. I'm mechanically inclined so I checked it the day before and knew exactly what the problem was. I actually expected some resistance from the service guys because I was coming in unannounced but I was pleasantly surprised. Alex took me right in and said he would get me taken care of. Not only did they take care of my alternator but they fixed a window switch I had been having problems with! I got a call to pick up my car around 1 pm which was also shocking as I expected a last minute call. I will always ask for Alex from now on. Thanks Alex, you are my go to guy from now on. More
