Easy Peasy I made an appt. and dropped my vehicle off. I went into the service area and spoke with Rachel who took my info, walked me to my car while I removed I made an appt. and dropped my vehicle off. I went into the service area and spoke with Rachel who took my info, walked me to my car while I removed my personal items and advised me that she'd call when the vehicle was ready. The vehicle actually went in early and was done early. I had an oil change (#2 of the 3-oil change special, great deal), I had my transmission fluid replaced as well as my coolant. When I arrived to pick up the car, Rachel walked me over the Maria to pay. Both staff members were VERY kind and professional, which I truly appreciated. As a senior citizen I sometimes feel nervous about dealing with vehicle issues, but I was comfortable and felt that I received excellent service at a good price. Also, my vehicle was WASHED, a nice surprise AND and excellent job. More
